It's set for a slightly different NFL experience this weekend, when the Dolphins and Commanders meet in Madrid. Two teams that don't really have much to play for in the playoffs, but both have shown one thing throughout the season: their games are rarely boring and rarely low-scoring.

Miami Dolphins – An attack that could explode at any moment

So Washington has weaknesses at the back – but they are aggressive enough going forward that they can make up for some of what they give up.

When we put all this together, the trends become clear:

• Both teams have leaky defenses
• Both teams are playing with little to lose and could be more offensive in their game plan
• Miami scores a lot – but they also concede a lot
• Washington is finally coming out of a tough stretch and facing a defense they can actually move the ball against

Conclusion

Both teams come into this with a clear pattern: high-paced, high-scoring games. Washington should get better working conditions than they've had in a long time, and the Dolphins' offense is more than capable of putting up 25-30 points on its own.

When both defenses have had major problems over time, it's hard to see this becoming a game where the teams stand still and kick the ball to each other.

Everything points to an entertaining match and a match with points.
