Toppserien 2026: Our table tips
Gold rush, chaos in the middle and brutal bottom-line struggle – this is how it ends:
- Rosenborg
- Fire
- Vålerenga
- Stabaek
- Honefoss
- AaFK Fortuna
- LSK Women
- Lightning
- Bodo/Glimt
- Molde
- The Roa
- Haugesund
Team by team – our tough judges
Rosenborg – Gold or failure
This is the team everyone must beat. We believe Rosenborg looks the strongest in all areas – structure, continuity and winning culture. Everything is in place for gold. Anything else will be a disappointment.
Fire – The Eternal Challenger
Brann smells gold – again. We think they will be right up there with Rosenborg all season. The question is whether they have that little bit extra when it really counts.
Vålerenga – Top team
No one has a higher top level than Vålerenga. The problem? They fluctuate. If they hit the maximum, they win the series. If they miss, it will be “only” third place. We land in last place.
Stabæk – Best of the rest
Stabæk is the team that is always there – but rarely right up there. We expect another solid season, but still a little behind the top three.
Hønefoss – Boring, but effective
Hønefoss may not get many headlines, but we think they are doing the job. Consistently good performances give them a safe place in the middle of the table.
AaFK Fortuna – Joker of the Year
There's a smell of surprise here. AaFK Fortuna could quickly become the talk of the season. We believe in the middle – but this team can break the top 4.
LSK Women – From giant to question mark
LSK is no longer the safe top team. We are unsure of what is coming – and we land them in the middle. There could be both ups and downs here.
Lightning – Young and Uneven
Lyn will deliver mixed results. We expect good performances – and some slaps. Mid-table feels right.
Bodø/Glimt – On the rise – but not yet
The project is alive, but we think it will take time. Glimt can surprise in individual matches, but will probably end up in the bottom half.
Molde – The mystery of the season
Molde is difficult to predict. We see potential – but not stability. It could be anything from midfield to bottom of the table.
Røa – Alarm bells are ringing
This looks tough. We think Røa will have their hands full surviving. Everything points to a season in the relegation battle.
Haugesund – Straight down?
Newly promoted and brutal level jump. We think this will be too tough. Anything other than a relegation battle will surprise us greatly.
Conclusion
- The gold medal match will be a thriller between Rosenborg and Brann
- The middle class is becoming chaotic – anything can happen here
- The bottom line becomes merciless
One thing is for sure: The 2026 Toppserien will be anything but boring.
You will definitely find odds tips here!
