Analysis Information
It's a huge temperature in Tromsø at the moment. The team is shining brightly with the sun, and the city loves it. Tromsø has been very good this year, and has probably surprised most people with their solid performances.
Bryne, the team that will travel to Romssa Arena, has also surprised positively. They are difficult to beat, and you almost feel that they are overachieving a little.
They are now on their longest journey this year, and it will be exciting to see if they can match what could easily be a medal contender in this year's Elite Series. The team from the north will probably sell themselves dearly.
Tromsø – Solid shape with good flow.
We don't think many people believed that this team would be so good this year. It was shouted early on that Jørgen Vik was not a good enough coach for this team. They started weakly, and after they lost at home to Sandefjord there were demands that coach Vik should resign.
That whistle has a different sound now, and sports editor Øyvind Nordmo, in Nordlys, has come out to admit that he was wrong. Because now Tromsø stands with 8 straight wins. It is clearly the team that is in the best form of all the teams now. There have been many solid wins among these. Bodø Glimt, Molde, Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are all teams that have come up short against Tromsø in this period.
With this form, one probably has high expectations of today's opponent. A team that must be beaten at home if one wants to be there. We have great faith in exactly that in this match Tromsø has been known as a good home team for several seasons now. But this year they have actually been better away. They will certainly try to correct that. They will be completely dependent on that if they are to win a medal. The two losses they have at home belong to the period when the team did not function.
They have won their last 3 home games, and seem to have found a bit of what is required of them there as well.
Bryne – Hard to beat.
Bryne are in good form these days, and have proven to be an incredibly difficult team to beat. They now have 7 games in a row without a loss in the series. Now it must be said that they have had favorable opposition in this period. Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad have been the two best teams they have faced in this period.
Now they are going up against a real top team, and we will see what is in this team. They are not as good away from home. So that is another factor that plays a role here. The artificial turf field in Tromsø will probably be an advantage for the home team here. The team is overall 1-2-3 in six away games.
We have to admit that we have also gone with our gut feeling in this one. We feel maybe Bryne has overachieved a bit, and that's how far away you get from a safe home field. It will be a difficult match.
Conclusion – The home team wins.
A bet we saw early on here was that the home team would win. We have to admit that. But we thought the odds of 1.62 were perhaps a bit tame. Sunny summer and a scorching hot Tromsø probably want to throw a summer party for their own, and we have therefore chosen to "gamble" a bit in this one.
We understand if people go for the "safe" option. Bryne is struggling away from home and has lost half of their away games this year, so they will lose this one quickly too. We have therefore thought that if we gamble a little here with that in mind.
If Tromsø wins, they will win by 2 or more goals. We think so, but we will bet on Asian bets at very good odds. We will try the following bets:
Elite Series at 17:00: Tromsø – Bryne: Tromsø wins -1 goal Asian (2.08)
