We are going to Brann Stadium, and the match between medal candidate Brann, and the surprise team Sandefjord. A Brann team that many wondered if would be able to follow up on the nice 2nd place from last year? It certainly seems that they can do better, even if the form arrow is pointing a little downward right now. Sandefjord has shown its potential, and is only 5 points behind before today's game. They have been especially good at home.

Fire – Leaking like a sieve

Brann started the season very well, and Bergen cooked as usual. The league gold was once again coming home. So when Rosenborg came and parked the bus there back in early May. Brann and the city of Bergen were sure that no one could touch them. Especially at home. Because they had run over a high-flying Rosenborg, and only bad luck had prevented them from sweeping over the team from Trøndelag. But was this really the whole picture?

Brann has a tendency to be their own worst enemy, and we wonder if they haven't been again. Because if you look at the matches after the Rosenborg match, there's not much to brag about. The match after that the team played 2-2 at home against Sarpsborg, where they gave away the win in overtime. Of course, it was followed up with a win against Haugesund 2-0. A team everyone wins against. Then at home against Molde, who before this had struggled a lot with their form. Then Brann loses 0-3. The team concedes cheap goals is part of the melody. We agree with that. They then get another chance at home against Kristiansund, and even though the match ends with a home win and 4-2, the team once again concedes 2 goals. The away match against Bodø Glimt last ends with 0-3 and the goals continue to flow in. The team refuses to go against its own philosophy, and often ends up in an imbalance that causes the opponent to score.

We have seen it for a long time now, and we don't think it's a coincidence that teams score a lot against Brann. So we'll see if Sandefjord takes advantage of this?

Sandefjord – A team with a lot of quality up front.

Sandefjord has had a very good development in the team during the same period as Brann, especially offensively. The team is clearly the best at home, and is 5-0-0 at home so far. But they have struggled more away. If they are to take further steps up the table, it is clear that the team must get their away form in order. In fact, they are only 1-0-4. We are not saying that we have faith that things will turn around in this match.

But Sandefjord's offensive power should be a good match against this Brann team. The team is in scoring form today and the team has scored goals in 5 games in a row. In fact, they have scored 2 goals or more in 4 of the last 5. Only away against Viking was there 1 goal. Otherwise, they have scored 2 at home against Vålerenga and 4 at home against Haugesund. 2 away against Strømsgodset and 2 away against Bryne.

We think we'll try to take advantage of this. The goals are coming from all over the pitch, and that's an advantage considering this game. They're not that easy to neutralize. The team has a philosophy of attacking, so they're not going to give up if they fall behind in this one.

Conclusion – There will be goals in the match.

We have no doubt that there will be goals in the match, and that it can quickly go over 2.5 goals. But here the odds are far too weak. 1.47 on such a game is unfortunately far too greedy odds. What else could be interesting to play then? Brann over 1.5 goals is also completely out of the question with 1.47. Here it is clear that the bookmakers also believe in goals. Both teams score and over 2.5 goals was long considered 1.85, and may well be a bet that seems reasonable. But we think, then Sandefjord must score anyway. So when we find good value on Sandefjord scores over 1 Asian, this may as well be the bet we choose. Our bet is therefore as follows:

Norway at 19:00: Brann – Sandefjord: Sandefjord to score over 1 goal asian (1.92)
