Our goal is to embrace the broad, while at the same time going deep. And to succeed with such a strategy, we must connect expertise. And the latest addition to the family is our trotting expert; Alf Roar. A man with 32 years of experience with trotting.
A man who lives and breathes trotting
Because since 1993, Alf Roar has eaten trotting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And he also operated the well-known website; TRAV365 until 2018. A website that was essential for all trotting enthusiasts in Norway. In recent years, he has worked on marketing his own project, which goes by the name; Tipsern, and his Facebook page can be found here .
Alf Roar is also in the process of building his own website, but is honest that what he really wants to spend his time on most is setting up cooperatives for like-minded people. And that is exactly why our inquiry was met with open arms. Because as we concluded during our first meeting; Alf Roar needs an audience, and 90minutefamily needs a trotting expert. Hand in glove, that is. And there is a good chance that our collaboration could be of the lucrative kind. Trotting on the menu
For us at 90minutefamily, trotting has been at the top of our wish list for a long time. We have worked hard to find someone who both fits our profile and has sufficient knowledge, and it feels good to finally be there. Trotting is now part of an impressive range of sports on offer. And once again, the sport is fronted by a person with extensive experience.
Because in an era where statistics, AI and computer programs without the ability to capture human factors are taking over, we are determined that experience and knowledge are the way to the goal. And with Alf Roar on the team, and behind the levers of our cooperative, we believe that we have the best conditions for success.
How the collaboration works in practice
Trotting races happen all the time, apparently, so we won't demand any long explanations from Alf Roar. But know that behind the final choices made, there are hours of preparation, in addition to years of experience. That's why we'll see Alf Roar, and his trotting coupons, mostly in our new trotting channel in Discord, which you can find here .
But some races will get more attention than others, and our main focus will be on the races that take place on Tuesday and Saturday. There, Alf Roar will give brief explanations for his choices, and he will also be available for questions from our members.
